Candidate for NY Assembly talks issues with News10
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) - For the first time in twelve years, someone other than Pat Fahy will be representing the 109th district in the New York Assembly. Democrat Gabriella Romero is hoping it will be her.
Romero, an Albany Common Council member, won a seven candidate primary for the right to move on to the general election. She realizes many of her constituents are concerned about crime.
In addition to holding criminals accountable, she wants to focus on preventative measures. Romero sat down with News10's Christina Arangio to discuss the issues facing the 109th Assembly district.
