‘Martha had a VERY annoying habit that I won’t miss’ says Big Brother’s Aisleyne after shock eviction results

BIG Brother’s Martha works as an NHS administrator, lives in Scarborough, and is 26-years-old, and she had a premonition about herself ahead of the show.

Martha anticipated that her loud and energetic nature may lead to nominations for being “the most annoying” housemate.

And fast-forward a few weeks of BB, and Martha was evicted in a shocking turn of events on Wednesday night’s episode.

Martha Church made an abrupt exit through the back door after head of house Emma made the difficult decision to nominate four people.

She chose Khaled, Martha, Thomas, and Ali, and before viewers knew it, Martha had been booted out.

And The Sun’s Big Brother columnist, Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace admits she won’t miss Martha at all, because of her “annoying” habit. Here’s what she had to say…

Martha has finally gone.  I am loving Big Brother this week.

This has to be my favourite week, so far because Martha is gone and Emma is head of house.

Well, she’s the evil head of house. She had to choose four housemates to be up for eviction.

And she didn’t realise that when she did that, one of those four would get the back door boot.

The twist was brilliant.

I was on the edge of my seat.

I relived so many feelings that I had in Big Brother having to do the same thing myself when I was in the house next door evicting people.

And it’s a rollercoaster of emotions. And when you’re put in that position that Emma was you feel so bad, you feel really, really guilty.

But, you know, Emma handled it like a trooper at the end of the day.

Big Brother 2024 cast

A brand new batch of Big Brother housemates are living it up in the famous compound.

Meet the cast of the 2024 series:

  • Rosie, 29, dental assistant from Cornwall.
  • Emma, 53, aesthetics business owner from Altrincham.
  • Segun, 25, charity videographer from Watford.
  • Nathan, 24, pork salesman from Dumfries.
  • Daze, 24, climate activist from London.
  • Khaled, 23, sales manager from Manchester.
  • Martha, 26, NHS administrator from Scarborough.
  • Lily, 20, Chinese takeaway server from Warrington.
  • Ali, 30, Forensic psychologist from London.
  • Thomas, 20 amputee footballer from Carlisle.
  • Ryan, 28, marketing and events from Stockport.
  • Hannah, 24, HR consultant from West London.
  • Izaaz, 29, sales consultant from London.
  • Sarah, 27, spa account manager from Shrewsbury.
  • Marcello, 34, youth mentor from East London.
  • Dean, 35, barber from East London

She had a job to do, she did it and she nailed it.

Am I sad to see Martha leave? Absolutely not. .

Why? I did like her people pleasing. I don’t think you can be that unaware of yourself. .

You cannot say slag someone off, and then two seconds later, say to that person ‘Oh, no but I really like you.’

Surely she’s not that unaware of her actions?

I’m happy to see the back of Martha.

And if I hear the word slay one more time, I’m going to make a petition to have it scrubbed from English dictionary memory because it’s awful so she can go.

What an annoying habit – it’s all she said!

THAT HABIT NEEDS TO GO

I really hope that the other housemates haven’t taken on Martha’s ‘slay’ and ‘it’s giving.’

No, I do not wanna hear those words ever again.

Or maybe once or twice, but Martha was constantly saying slay.

And also she didn’t even use it in context half the time. She just kept repeating it after everything.

So confusing. Just like her character.

I’m glad she’s gone.

I hope the housemates don’t copy Martha’s annoying habit

LOVE TO SEE IT

I am loving the fact that Segun been given a new lease of life, even though the reason he’s been given a new lease of life was basically a terrible game of Chinese whispers.

When Lily took the phone call from Ali’s girlfriend and completely misconstrued what she said, it was literally like watching Chinese whispers, and basically delivered a message that wasn’t said at all, which was that Shegun and Lily are real, and what you see is what you get, basically.

But I love that for Shegun because he actually is real and what you see is what you get, in my opinion, and it seems to have given him a new lease of life, and I think he’s just a sweetheart.

GET A GRIP, THOMAS

So, Tom finally got some airtime yesterday in the diary room, but he was moaning. He was saying to Big Brother that he’s bored, and saying can they provide entertainment?

He said he’s sick of sitting around having the same conversations with the same people?

Honey, you’re three weeks in.

Try doing that for 12 weeks, like me, trust me, the same conversations get regurgitated and regurgitated.

But for me, you don’t look to Big Brother for entertainment because you’ve got to be able to entertain yourself.

That’s part of the contract and you’re there to be entertaining as well as be entertained, honey.

What a wet flannel.

MY WINNER

Emma is fast becoming my favourite housemate this year.

I just love her. She’s funny, she’s articulate, she’s fair, and she gets straight to the point.

And, you know, she opened up last night about losing three babies, and I’ve lost a lot of pregnancies and babies, and my heart just really melted.

I just wanted to go in and give her a big cuddle and I completely relate to her.

And I just think somebody that has been through that type of trauma is always going to have a good heart and good intentions. I can really see that in her, anyway.
