INF Luis Urías cleared waivers and has elected free agency.
Seattle's 40-man roster is now at 36 players.

- The Angels have acquired former top prospect Scott Kingery in a deal with the Phillies.
- Blake Snell opted out of his deal with the Giants, making him a free agent for the second winter in a row.
