Vandals smear NYPD academy with red paint, leave tattered American flag
The NYPD Police Academy was vandalized early Saturday morning with red paint sprayed on the public sidewalk out front and a desecrated American flag “wrapped in rope” left behind, photos obtained by The Post show.
