PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- In another Oregon race that could tip the balance of power in the House of Representatives, Democratic incumbent Rep. Andrea Salinas faces a rematch with Republican Mike Erickson for Oregon’s Sixth District seat.

As of 11:00 p.m. Salinas leads with 54% of the vote and Erickson with 45%. According to the Oregon Secretary of State's Office over 217,000 votes have been counted.

The race has been dubbed one of the top races to watch in 2024 in a Cygnal poll released by Erickson’s campaign.
