Union Home Secretary Govind Mohan reviews progress of Assam-Meghalaya, Assam-Arunachal border agreements

The Union Home Secretary reviewed the border agreements of Assam with Meghalaya and Arunachal Pradesh. The states will cooperate to complete surveys of disputed areas. The aim is to finalize boundaries within six months. The Union Home Secretary expressed satisfaction with the resolution of the Hahim area dispute.
