Governor will select Vance's replacement in U.S. Senate

COLUMBUS — Voters’ promotion of Cincinnati’s J.D. Vance to vice president-elect on Tuesday hands Gov. Mike DeWine the responsibility of naming his replacement in the U.S. Senate.
