Rüdger van Wyk, Cape Winemakers Guild Protégé, the first person of colour to receive the 2018 Diners Club Young Winemaker of the Year award, previous winemaker at Stark-Condé and Kara-Tara, now consulting winemaker at Doolhof in Wellington and maker of his own New Dawn Wines is opening a coffee and wine bar in Salt River.
