Josh and Fola are the series’ main characters who navigate life after a drunken encounter only to find they are neighbours[/caption]

Cheaters charts the fortunes of strangers Josh (Joshua McGuire) and Fola (Susie Wokoma), who have a drunken rendezvous after a delayed flight home from Finland.

The following day, they part ways, expecting never to see each other again.

But when they return to England, they discover they are new neighbours.

Things get interesting as Fola tries to hide it from her husband Zack (played by Jack Fox) and Josh from his long-term girlfriend Esther (played by Callie Cook).

But their lives are turned upside down as they begin to pick up the pieces after their affair and navigate new relationships.

The second series sees a blossoming relationship between Josh and Fola – who has started the process of a divorce from Zack.

Fola wants to take things slow, but Josh is keen to ramp up the romance.

This causes miscommunication as he goes out of his way to give her space.

At the same time, Zack tries to win Fola back, just as Josh’s ex-girlfriend returns from travelling.

Josh and Fola must make hard decisions and determine if they want to take things further.

Viewers will need to tune in to find out what will happen next.
