Mike Tyson mocked Jake Paul's 'manufactured' toughness ahead of their mega-fight
Mike Tyson and Jake Paul are putting the finishing touches on their preparation for next week’s mega bout at AT&T Stadium in Arlington, Texas and that means the rhetoric is only ramping up between the two.
Ahead of Friday’s seven-card event broadcast live on Netflix, the 58-year-old Tyson shared some brutally honest thoughts about what his 27-year-old challenger is made of — and it’s going to sting Paul quite a bit.
In the second episode of Netflix’s Countdown: Paul vs. Tyson — a behind-the-scenes look at the making of the fight — Tyson watched Paul call boxing “his sport now” only for Tyson to laugh off the notion with a hard truth for Paul.
This message from Mike Tyson to Jake Paul is one of the coldest I’ve ever heard.. pic.twitter.com/4utLvXARVx

“There’s a fundamental difference between me and Jake. He’s a manufactured killer. Television and papers made him a killer. He’s manufactured. I’m a natural born killer. That’s the difference.”
At BetMGM, Paul (-200) is a slight favorite against Tyson (+200). A tie is +1100.
But you can be certain there will be more insults flung up until the opening bell rings on Friday night in Arlington.
