Sheriff Navarre storms out of commissioners' meeting during budget hearing

Lucas County Sheriff Mike Navarre stormed out of a meeting with Lucas County commissioners Tuesday as he was presenting his budget, saying it was inappropriate to discuss personnel costs in public.
