I’M A Celebrity stars GK Barry and Barry McGuigan failed to recognise each other when the campmates met for the first time.

Boxer Barry said: “Very nice to meet you. What’s your name? I’m Barry.”

GK Barry, whose real name is Grace Keeling, replied: “Oh you’re the original Barry? OK, I like it. What do you do?”

Barry replied “Well, I used to be a professional boxer many years ago.

“I used to be world champion believe it or not.”

Impressed Grace commented: “That was very humbly said. I would have started off with that.”

Asked what she does for a living, she added: “I don’t do that, I do a podcast and social media. You could teach me some boxing moves.”

Promising to stick together in the jungle, Barry quipped: “We Barrys will have to help each other.”

However, moments later they were separated when they were forced to skydive to meet their fellow campmates.

Told it was a race to avoid doing the first bushtucker trial, Barry was chosen by McFly‘s Danny Jones to be in Team Orange.

Fresh out of the chopper, The Sun’s Jane Moore chose fellow Loose Women panellist Grace to be in Team Green.
