Another child rescued from Jhansi fire dies; family alleges hospital’s negligence 

The child was suffering from hypoxic encephalopathy and died due to the illness, says Principal Doctor at MLB Medical College; Child’s family allege negligence on the part of the hospital and said that the baby’s condition deteriorated after being rescued from the fire
