NYCHA plumbers dispatched to fix leak in Brooklyn mom's home before holidays
BROOKLYN (PIX11) -- A Brooklyn mother of four requires help to fix a leak before the holidays.
It’s a leak that started in her living room last week, and she was told she would have to wait for plumbers.
Before it ruins her holidays she reached out to PIX11 News for a fast fix before the holidays.
Taish Guzman is a mother of four who says every year she loves to do holiday decorating in her home. This year she can’t, as the exact spot where she put her Christmas tree is where the leak is.
Monica Morales visited Guzman who had two red buckets on standby and her mop. The pipes in her living room have been leaking since Thursday night, she says.
PIX11 News reached out to NYCHA about the leak and received the following response: “NYCHA plumbers have been dispatched and are currently on-site, making the necessary repairs."
