Man wounded in Opelousas shooting today, police say
OPELOUSAS, La. (KLFY) -- A man was shot and wounded in Opelousas this afternoon.
The shooting took place at Jim Bowie Plaza off of Larry Street, where witnesses said a man was shot in the face.
Opelousas Police said one man was shot and was hospitalized in serious condition. Two men are in custody in connection with the shooting.
The names of the victim or suspects have not been released.
