China hikes military activity around Taiwan
Taiwan's Ministry of National Defence detected nine Chinese aircraft and five vessels near Taiwan. Three aircraft crossed the median line into Taiwan's air defence zone. Taiwan's Defence Ministry is monitoring the situation and responding. China has increased military activities around Taiwan since 2020.
