Delhi pollution: AAP govt asks Centre for artificial rains in national capital to combat smog

Delhi Minister Gopal Rai asked the central government to make it rain artificially to clean the city's bad air. He said the environment minister is not acting on Delhi's requests for an emergency pollution meeting. Delhi's air quality has been very unhealthy lately. Experts tried making rain before, but the weather did not allow it.
