How rain helped waiter, homemaker, transporter and Kyrgyz interior designer to peddle hashish 'Malana Cream' in India

Delhi Police apprehended four individuals allegedly involved in a hashish smuggling ring. The group, led by a Surat-based homemaker, exploited the disruption caused by recent torrential rains in Himachal Pradesh, which had cut off access to Malana village, a known hub for hashish production.
