Ordinary 3-bed house hiding a BIG secret in the bathroom – would you put in an offer?
AN abstract art-lover is selling his property — including a portrait of Pat Butcher in his loo.
Gaz Davies’ downstairs toilet is covered in leopard-print wallpaper with a framed photo of the brassy EastEnders character hanging above the sink.

He said: “I’m not a big fan of hers and I don’t watch the show but it’s just a quirky design.
“When I bought the house I went wild because I’m into abstract art but my missus said I need to rein it in.
“Because it wasn’t going to be used all of the time, I thought rather than a standard mirror I’d have a picture of someone in there.
“I decided on the leopard print then I thought about what photo would suit it so I was browsing websites and Pat Butcher popped up.”
Gaz, who works in TV filming, is moving to Australia with wife Natasha, 30.
The three-bed detached home is listed for £200,000 on Rightmove and has had a few views — but no offers.
The portrait of Pat — played by actress Pam St Clement between 1986 and 2012 — was a hit among online users.
One said: “I really like it.
“It’s nice to see some personality.”
Another quipped: “I can only hope there’s a Bet Lynch garden bar.”
