'Rust' premieres three years after fatal shooting

The "Rust" film starring Alec Baldwin premiered more than three years after the fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchins on the set. NBC News' Chloe Melas spoke to the director of the film about the debut and the decision to move forward with the movie.
