To the editor: Republicans share blame for border failure

The “Trump’s ‘Border Czar’” editorial, Nov. 12, purposefully forgets the circumstances and context, misrepresents facts, and gives no credit to those who recognized their mistakes and then worked to rectify the results of the unintended consequences.
