Four laborers thrashed in an army camp in Kishtwar of Jammu and Kashmir, army initiates probe

Four laborers from Kuath village in Jammu and Kashmir's Kishtwar district allege they were detained and beaten by army personnel on November 20th. The army, responding to intelligence about terrorist activity, confirmed an operation took place and stated an investigation is underway into the allegations of civilian mistreatment.
