Fashion brand Louis Vuitton adorned its New York flagship store with a facade inspired by the brand's signature luggage trunks.
Designed by Louis Vuitton's in-house team, the facade envelops the building's structure while it's undergoing renovations. Meanwhile, the brand has opened an OMA-designed temporary location around the corner.
This week's newsletter also featured a figure-eight-shaped student housing in Rwanda by MASS Design Group, a clay museum in China completed by Kengo Kuma and Associates and luxury apartments for Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi designed by BIG.
