One person dies in shooting in Columbus' Marion-Franklin neighborhood
COLUMBUS, Ohio (WCMH) -- One person is dead after a shooting Friday afternoon in the Marion-Franklin neighborhood.
Columbus police responded to a call about 1 p.m. of a shooting near Lockberry Road and Southfield Drive. One person was found injured and rushed to a hospital in critical condition. The person was pronounced dead at 1:32 p.m.
Police detained a person at the scene who was believed to be the shooter.
