Blast of winter weather hits East Coast

An autumn snowstorm left more than a foot of snow in parts of the Northeast, including 20 inches in one area of New Jersey. At least one person was reported killed in the storm and more than 120,000 customers were without power. The West Coast was still reeling from heavy rains, high winds and floods.
