Quebec mayor says 'one-size-fits-all' language law isn't right for his town where French is thriving

Following the adoption of Quebec's Bill 96, municipalities with thousands of must change their linguistic policies. As of November, New Richmond and Gaspé, Que., are only able to communicate with residents in French, with a few exceptions such a health care and emergencies.
