Borrell describes ICC arrest warrants binding

TEHRAN, Nov. 24 (MNA) – EU Foreign Policy Chief Josep Borrell has said that arrest warrants issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) against the Israeli prime minister and his former war minister are binding.
