US-based State Street leases Brookfield Properties' office tower near Mumbai’s BKC to set up GCC

State Street Corporation has taken up a large office space in Mumbai. The financial services giant leased an entire tower in Equinox Business Park. The deal is for 10 years with a rent of over Rs 350 crore. The company will set up its global capability center in the 250,000 sq ft space.
