Man, 80, shoved off train onto subway platform in Midtown: NYPD

MIDTOWN, Manhattan (PIX11) – An 80-year-old was shoved off a train in Manhattan on Nov. 20, according to the NYPD.

It happened at the Grand Central-42nd Street subway station around 4:30 p.m. The man was boarding a northbound No. 7 train when he got into an argument with another man, police said.

The suspect is then accused of pushing the man off the train and onto the subway platform. The 80-year-old man was taken to NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Hospital with a hip injury, according to authorities.

The suspect stayed on the train. He's described as being around 6'3" and was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, brown hat and black headphones.
