Hillsboro police seek assistance in identifying robbery suspect

PORTLAND, Ore. (KOIN) -- Hillsboro police are requesting public assistance in tracking down a suspect who is accused of robbing a bar Thursday night.

Authorities responded to the robbery at Dotty's on SE Tualatin Valley Highway just after 2 p.m.

"A suspect demanded cash and discharged a firearm inside the business. Thankfully, no one was injured, and the suspect fled the scene without receiving any cash," police said.

Anyone with information about the incident or the identity of the suspect is asked to call police.
