Avighna buys Dubai commercial property from Bank Muscat’s fund for Rs 555 cr

Avighna Group, through its UAE arm, has acquired Emaar Business Park Building 3 in Dubai for Rs 555 crore. This marks the group's entry into the global capability centers segment. The Grade A commercial tower spans 150,000 sq ft and is 90% occupied by major multinational tenants. Avighna plans further UAE investments, highlighting Dubai's attractive real estate market.
