Government says e-Daakhil portal rolled out across India; to soon launch e-Jagriti

The Indian government has launched the 'e-Daakhil' portal nationwide, enabling consumers to file complaints online with consumer forums. This eliminates the need for physical presence and simplifies the redressal process. With nearly 200,000 cases filed so far, the platform aims to revolutionize consumer rights in India. The government is also developing 'e-Jagriti' to further enhance case management.
