Ant and Dec reveal ‘first booking’ for I’m A Celeb 2025 after star ‘leaks’ it on Instagram Live
ANT McPartlin and Declan Donnelly have revealed the ‘first booking’ of I’m a Celebrity 2025.
The current series of I’m a Celebrity is at the half-way point but it seems hosts Ant and Dec are already on the hunt for next year’s stars.
During an Instagram live the Geordie hosts were joined by celebrity chef Jamie Oliver.
While Jamie, 49, declined the offer to star on the show, he revealed his wife Jools, 50, is up for the challenge.
He said: “Thanks for the offer boys, I would love to come on I’m A Celeb.
“I think it’s an amazing show, but honestly you couldn’t give me enough olive oil in the world to make me eat a witchetty grub or a kangaroo’s a**e, no way.
“But what I can give you is my wife Jools, she would love to be on the show. Go on Jools.”
Ant, 49, replied: “We would take Jools.” And Dec, also 49, added: “Jools Oliver, first booking for 2025. Thanks Jools, see you in Australia next year.”
Jamie’s nomination for Jools comes after Manchester City footballer Jack Grealish confessed he’d love to do the show.
In a video message to Ant and Dec, Jack, 29, said: “Hey guys, Jack here, I’ve heard that a few of you guys want to see me in the jungle.
“I can’t lie to you this is something that I’d absolutely love to do. It’s a show that I’ve watched since I was little and it’s a show that I love.”
He went on: “I don’t know how I’d get on in there and I don’t think I’d be the best to be honest but I’d give it a go.
“Obviously not this year as I don’t think Pep [Guardiola, Man City’s manager] would be happy if I ended up there this year.”
Ant and Dec revealed that Jack had been someone in high demand from fans to star in the show.
After the star’s video message, Ant pretended to faint to the floor in the I’m A Celeb studio, as he said: “Oh my God. I fainted, Jack Grealish.”
The presenter duo, as well as the production team, chanted “we love you Grealish, we do,” as the clip drew to a close.
