Thanksgiving Dog Trot coming to Albany's Capital Hills
ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The ninth annual Dog Trot at Capital Hills Golf Course in Albany returns this Thanksgiving from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. The event brings pets and their humans together to burn calories before Thanksgiving dinner while collecting items for a great cause.
The donations go to the Mohawk Hudson Humane Society (MHHS). Items on the wishlist include dog and cat food, pet toys, worn or used blankets and sheets, treats, collars, leashes, Greenies pill pockets, towels, and beds.
Walkers, runners, and dogs of all breeds are welcome to the event. The golf course is located at 65 O'Neil Road.
