“I am still saying that,” Margot agreed. “I love it.”
“I know I am biased because I am very close to the project and I obviously believe in it, but I still can’t figure out why people hated it,” Margot continued. “I wonder if in 20 years people are going to be like, ‘Wait, Babylon didn’t do well at the time?’ Like when you hear that Shawshank Redemption was a failure at the time and you’re like like, ‘How is that possible?’”
Shawshank Redemption was also a box office disappointment when it was released in theaters back in 1994. However, over the decades, the prison drama has become widely acclaimed thanks to repeated showings on TV and a boost from DVD rentals.
It was recently announced that Margot will be starring in Oscar-winning filmmaker Emerald Fennell‘s adaption of Wuthering Heights opposite this hot, fan-favorite actor!
