Govt says no plan to bring law mandating SC, HC judges to furnish property return details

The government informed Rajya Sabha it has no plans to mandate judges of the Supreme Court and high courts to declare property returns, despite a parliamentary committee's recommendation. Such declarations remain voluntary and are not centrally maintained.
