Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade Delayed by Pro-Palestine Protesters, 21 Arrested
A group of pro-Palestine protesters briefly delayed the annual Macy’s Thanksgiving parade in New York City on Thursday, leading to delays and reportedly 21 arrests.
The blockade started up at W. 55th Street, where about a dozen people gathered with anti-genocide signs while holding up Palestine’s national flag. Together they chanted “Free Palestine.”
