Jharkhand likely to experience cloudy weather under influence of cyclone 'Fengal'

Ranchi, Jharkhand may experience fog and partial clouds starting Friday due to cyclone 'Fengal'. The minimum temperature might increase by two to three degrees Celsius in the next two days. Rain is unlikely in Jharkhand, but the cyclone may cause rains in Tamil Nadu, Puducherry, and south Andhra as it crosses the Tamil Nadu coast as a depression.
