Police constable among 4 held for extortion in UP's Ballia district

Police arrested four people, including a constable, in Ballia for extorting Rs 2.5 lakh from a local resident. One more constable is on the run. A case was registered based on the complaint. The investigation led to the recovery of four mobile phones, one CPU, and Rs 5,000. The accused were sent to judicial custody.
