House price index rises 4.3 pc in Q2: RBI data

The All-India House Price Index (HPI) experienced a 4.3% annual increase in the second quarter of the 2024-25 fiscal year, up from 3.3% in the previous quarter. The growth rates varied among ten major cities, with Bengaluru seeing the highest increase of 8.8%, while Kanpur saw a decline of 2%.
