'Finally, Notre-Dame is restored': Paris cathedral set to reopen 5 years after devastating fire

French President Emmanuel Marcon, his wife and a select number of people were given a tour of Notre-Dame Cathedral on Friday, as it is set for a grand reopening to the public next week after hundreds of millions were poured into a renovation following a devastating early 2019 fire.
