Macrotech buys 100% stake in Janus Logistics for Rs 48 crore

Real estate developer Lodha, officially listed as Macrotech Developers, purchased Janus Logistics and Industrial Parks Pvt Ltd (JLIPPL) on Friday. The deal, worth approximately Rs 48 crore, gives Lodha complete ownership of JLIPPL, which was previously owned by Phoenix Logistics and Industrial Parks.
