Julie shared a photo of her son in silhouette posing in front of the entrance to the emergency room late on Thanksgiving.

“It’s not a holiday without a trip to the ER. (He’s fine, btw) HAPPY THANKSGIVING,” she wrote in the accompanying caption.

The actress shares Oliver, 17, and twins John and Gustav, 15, with ex-husband Scott Phillips. She did not clarify which of her sons needed the hospital trip, but we are glad that he’s doing alright.

In the comments section, Jesse‘s husband Justin Mikita chimed in to reveal that they had an emergency room visit, too.

Jesse took to Instagram on Friday morning (November 29) to share a selfie that he took in a hospital bed while cradling one of his young sons in his arms.

“I have received a lot of parenting wisdom from @itsjuliebowen so seeing I wasn’t the only one with a kid in the ER on Thanksgiving was comforting,” he wrote in the accompanying caption. “(He’s also fine.) Thank you to the kind folks at Lennox Health. NYC really DOES have the best healthcare.”

Jesse and Justin share two sons Becket, four, and Sullivan, two. He did not clarify which of his sons wound up ill on the holiday, but we are glad that he is alright!
