With just 0.2 mm of rainfall, Himachal sees third driest November since 1901

Himachal Pradesh experienced its third driest November in over a century, with only 0.2 mm of rainfall compared to the normal 19.7 mm, resulting in a 99 percent deficit. Eleven out of twelve districts reported a complete lack of rain, except for Lahaul and Spiti. Light rain or snow is predicted in some areas from December 1-3.
