As of right now, Bob‘s cause of death has not been made public. Authorities do not suspect foul play as all of his weapons and music equipment in the home were left untouched.

Bob met and befriended the members of My Chemical Romance back in 2004 while he was on tour with The Used as their sound engineer. He then replaced the band’s original drummer Matt Pelissier shortly after the band released their second studio album Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge in June 2004.

He appeared on the bands’ final two albums, 2006′s The Black Parade and 2010′s Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, as well as the 2013 compilation album Conventional Weapons. Bob left My Chemical Romance in 2010 before the group disbanded in 2013.

Our thoughts are with Bob Bryar‘s loved ones during this difficult time. RIP.
