Leonard Thomas 'Tom' Ensign: Blade writer 'tried lots of hats'
Leonard Thomas “Tom” Ensign, a longtime reporter, columnist, and television critic for The Blade, who was a combat Marine Corps veteran of the Vietnam War, died Nov. 20 in a hospice facility in San Diego. He was 84.
