Man dead after Saturday crash in Caddo County
CADDO COUNTY, Okla. (KFOR) - A Hinton man was killed after hitting a rough patch of roadway and crashing Saturday morning near Bridgeport.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol reported that 62-year-old Jimmy Wilhoit had been driving eastbound on Old Highway 66 around 10:30 a.m.

Officials said that the vehicle hit a rough patch of roadway which caused him to go into a slide, leave the roadway, and strike a utility pole and a pipe fence.
A passenger was in the vehicle at the time who was ejected along with Wilhoit because they were not wearing seatbelts.
Wilhoit died at a nearby hospital while the passenger was flown to a hospital and said to be in critical condition.
