Post-independence narratives manipulated to credit only select individuals: Dhankhar

Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar criticized the manipulation of India's post-independence history books. He said it overlooked the contributions of some heroes of the freedom struggle. He called for presenting unvarnished historical accounts. He also emphasized the need for dialogue to resolve farmers' issues. Dhankhar stated that an irretrievable confrontational stance is poor diplomacy.
