Real estate dominates AIF investments with 17% share in H1 FY25

In H1 FY2025, real estate had the highest share of Alternative Investment Funds at 17%, totaling nearly Rs 75,468 crore. Other sectors like IT/ITeS, financial services, and pharma also benefited. Total real estate investments via AIFs grew significantly by 10% in just six months. Domestic and foreign portfolio investors played important roles.
