The 10-year-old Indian-British boy Krish Arora has recently made headlines worldwide by achieving an IQ score higher than that of big brains like Albert Einstein and Stephen Hawking. Krish’s IQ score is 162, placing him among the top 1 percent of the most intelligent people globally, according to Metro. Hailing from Hounslow in West London, Krish has been accepted into Mensa, an exclusive society for highly intelligent individuals.

Expressing his views on his exams, Krish said that 11-plus exams were too easy for him. He also hope that new school will provide a better challenge for his abilities. “Primary school is boring, I don’t learn anything. All we do is multiply and write sentences all day. I like to do algebra,” he said.

Krish’s parents, Mauli and Nischal, both engineers, first noticed his abilities when he was four years old.

“The things he was doing when he was just four were far above what a four-year-old should be able to do. I remember just before he turned four, he sat with me for three hours and completed an entire maths book. He was doing decimal divisions at the age of four,” she said.

Apart from his academic achievements, Krish love to play musical instruments. He won several awards as a pianist and got a place on the Hall of Fame by Trinity College of Music after completing four grades in just six months. Arora has a 7th grade piano certificate.

Krish, a bright lad from West London, has been rocking various music competitions, often eclipsing older competitors. His astounding ability to memorize and play complex musical compositions, completely from memory and sans sheet music, is impressive. Extremely self-assured, he admits, “Performance jitters don’t bother me as I trust in my ability to perform flawlessly.”

In his free time, he prefers to submerge himself in the world of puzzles and crosswords, while also having a soft spot for the TV show, Young Sheldon. His parents, realizing his latent prowess, arranged for him to learn chess. Now, Krish often outsmarts his chess tutor, which highlights his incredible problem-solving skills.
